Maddy goes to Tasmania to find Scarlett

On our way home we told Maddy that tomorrow we would be going to church. She then began going through her extensive list of friends and who she would see. She came to Scarlett (who was at the beginning of the list) and was excited to see her tomorrow. We told her that Scarlett is still on holidays in Tasmania, Maddy said that Scarlett was at her holiday...no she is in Tasmania! But she wasn't on my holiday so I will go and visit her, said Maddy. I responded that she couldn't because Scarlett was not at home she was in Tasmania. Well, Madison said, I am going to get on a plane and go to Tasmania to find her. When I get off the plane I will yell out "Scarlett" (which she actually yelled out in the car!) and I will find her! I think she is looking forward to seeing her friends again!

At breakfast this morning she set aside her hot chocolate for Madson and his mum! And when she asked where we were going tomorrow I told her that we would be going to church. She asked, Will Harrison be there?

We pulled into Yatala Pies to pick up some dinner and Maddy asked where we were. I responded that we were at the pie place. She said "no we are at Adele's [Smith] house.

While at the resort she referred to some of the girls that she met at the kids club as her girlfriends or best friends everytime she saw them. She kept telling me that she had spoken to her girlfriends and that had said that they would ask their mum and dad if they could come for a visit. 'They are coming to visit me' were her words exactly.

I think she is desperate for some friends to play with after a week of just being with us!
